Domestic Disturbance Scenario |
| This domestic disturbance scenario was used to illustrate the different perceptions and force options chosen by officers in the same set of circumstances. In this case two officers respond to a neighbor’s complaint of two brothers fighting again. When they respond, they see one male subject straddling another subject on the ground apparently striking the subject with a pipe. Here is one way that the officers in this scenario responded.
